The movie is about two call-girls and how they try to reform themselves.

Sonia and Natasha are friends. They dream of making it in films as actresses. Frustration sets in when they fail to get into films and they take to prostitution, becoming call-girls. One day, while returning after attending to their clients in the night, a policeman accosts them. Threatening to book them for being in the flesh trade, he rapes them. Sonia and Natasha then approach an NGO, hoping that it will get them justice. But the NGO refuses to believe their version and turns them away. Fed up with the life they are leading, they go to another town, and take up jobs in an office. The boss in the office falls in love with Sonia. Natasha falls in love with a neighborhood boy. Natasha''s boyfriend deserts her when he learns about her previous profession. After this, Natasha dies of shock.
Fearing that she might meet with the same fate, Sonia comes back to Bombay to get into her old profession. But her boss follows her and agrees to marry her to live happily ever after.
